Our Pastor

In the fall of 2012, Pastor Chad and Brittani followed God’s call and moved their family to O’Fallon to step into the role of Senior Pastor. From the very beginning, their hearts have been anchored in a deep love for this city and a vision to see lives transformed by the hope of Jesus Christ.

Over the years, they’ve witnessed God move in powerful ways—restoring families, growing a vibrant church community, and cultivating a culture of authenticity, discipleship, and mission. Through every season, Chad and Brittani have remained committed to leading with humility, faith, and a passion for seeing people thrive in their relationship with God.

While they are grateful for all that God has done so far, they are filled with even greater anticipation for what lies ahead. Their vision is to continue reaching the Metro East with the Good News of Jesus—one person, one family, one neighborhood at a time.
