Groups

Groups provide opportunity for deeper connection beyond just the Sunday worship experience.

Men

The purpose of Men's Ministry is to help every man at Calvary Church become the man that God has called him to be. We want to take men on a journey of transformation - developing strong relationships with God and to cultivate a healthy, accountable brotherhood. Through challenging, equipping, and empowering the men of this region to lead, we desire to see healthy marriages, whole homes, and safe neighborhoods.

Men's Group happens every 4th Saturday from February-May and August-November.

Women

In Women's Ministry, we are committed to connecting women to Jesus and one another. We hope that you'll join us as we seek Jesus, study His Word, and build community together. We are Stronger Together.

Women's Group happens every 4th Friday at 6:30pm from February-May and August-November.

Sixty Plus

If you are 60+ (we’ll even accept you folks in your 50s...seriously, you're not too young and we're not too old), we invite you to come together for community and encouragement.

Psalm 92:13-15 (NKJV): “Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bear fruit in old age; they shall be fresh and flourishing.”

The Scripture specifically calls out people to bear fruit as they age, specifically to be fresh and flourishing. Yet, in multiple studies on aging, an increasing number of people in these age groups start to feel disconnected, alone, and disoriented after the kids grow up or their career comes to an end. Even those who attend church can feel this way within the church. The purpose of this group is to connect people into community and into church life as active participants and mentors.

So whether you have older children, empty nest, nearing retirement or already there - this is a group to hone your purpose and truly enjoy the richness and fullness of your life in Christ.

Runner's (+ walkers) Group

We meet up throughout the year for local 5K, 10K, and, if you are real serious, 1/2 and full marathons. But mostly 5 and 10Ks!

Pop-Up Groups

These Groups are often organic and meet in homes, parks, and coffee shops throughout the metro east. These are small groups with the purpose to encourage individuals and families while connecting around common interests.
